The award-winning Insertion Flow Transmitter offers flexibility without sacrificing accuracy. Each unit can be adjusted to fit into pipe sizes from 4 to 36 inches. With its integral temperature compensation, performance is unaffected by changes in temperature, density, viscosity, or concentration. In addition, a NIST traceable calibration certificate is supplied standard with each unit.
The Series IEF is composed of a 316 stainless steel body shaft, fitting, and electrodes. It has been designed for a long lifecycle with minimal maintenance. This transmitter utilizes no moving parts that could potentially break and has electrodes that discourage fouling. It is also certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 standards, making it ideal for measuring flow in drinking water system components.

The optional Series A-IEF Remote Display can be installed almost anywhere near a Series IEF magmeter. Both the indicator display (A-IEF-IDSP-RM) and the full functional display (A-IEF-FDSP-RM) have a maximum display cable length of 100 ft (30 m) to permit easy viewing of flow readings. The full functional display allows for convenient adjustment of configuration settings and allows the user to save the IEF configuration settings to a computer for printing.
